La Place dans les années soixante

Il ponte di legno, ripreso durante una piena dal Prof. Vittorio Mangiardi , che da vicino alla villetta del monumento portava alla casa di Rizzonti a Spadola. Da notare le vecchie briglie sullo sfondo dietro il ponte. IL ponte e le briglie sono state rimosse  negli anni sessanta e rimpiazzate dalla passerella e dai muri di contenimento 

The wooden bridge in the sixties.

A picture of the wooden bridge, taken by Prof. Vittorio Mangiardi during a flood. The bridge use to be just beside the monument's park crossing to the Rizzonti house on the Spadola side. Note the slanted walls beyond. The bridge and the slanted walls were taken down in the sixties  and replaced by the "Passerella" and the flood way.
